Job summary

Refinitiv is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Program Manager in London to partner with product managers and technology teams, embedding editorial subject matter expertise into AI development and shaping cross-functional reporting and ROI metrics.

You will translate data, customer feedback and audience insight into clear product decisions, build scalable editorial-to-product processes, and coach subject matter experts in product thinking within a fast-moving, complex environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field
• 8+ years' product management experience, ideally in digital media or content platforms
• Experience managing strategic platform or technology partnerships
• Strong grounding in AI/ML product concepts
• Fluent in product analytics and ROI/utilisation metrics

Responsibilities

• Acts as strategic product partner to product managers and technology teams across the business
• Establishes cross-functional reporting frameworks and ROI/utilisation metrics
• Translates data and audience insights into clear product decisions and prioritisation
• Builds scalable processes for editorial-to-product handoff and embeds product discipline
• Coaches editorial subject matter experts in product thinking and delivery methods
