Atominvest in London is seeking a Graduate Technical Product Analyst to support its enterprise-grade API, SSO, MCP and SFTP capabilities and Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word plugins. You will collaborate with the Technical Product Manager and Engineering to understand customer needs, scope improvements and test functionality, with AI fluency at the core of the work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or demonstrable strong technical, analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Fluency with AI tools (Claude, Claude Code, OpenAI) used for research, analysis, coding, prototyping, testing and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with APIs, JSON, Postman, software development or equivalent tooling and the ability to learn quickly.
• Structured and curious approach to unfamiliar systems, including testing hypotheses.

Responsabilités

• Support development and improvement of Atominvest's technical products, including APIs, SSO, MCP and SFTP, and MS Office plugins.
• Use AI tools across scoping, prototyping, testing, triage, R&D and defect resolution.
• Research customer needs, map workflows and data flows, and identify dependencies and risks.
• Translate customer and technical needs into requirements and delivery plans with the Technical Product Manager.
• Build knowledge of product architecture, integration patterns and security considerations.
• Perform first-line triage of issues using AI, test hypotheses and document evidence for escalation.
• Assist defect investigation and fixes using AI coding tools within engineering processes.
• Plan and execute functional, integration, regression and defect testing with AI-generated scenarios.
• Contribute to technical and infrastructure R&D and support customer implementations.
