Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an AI Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert to help clients transform end-to-end supply chains using Data, AI, Generative AI and agentic AI.

You will combine deep supply chain expertise with practical AI capabilities to identify high-value use cases, shape roadmaps and deliver scalable solutions across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, fulfilment and customer service.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of one or more supply chain domains (planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, fulfilment or service operations).
• Proven experience in supply chain transformation, consulting, or digital change programs.
• Practical understanding of AI, ML, Generative AI and analytics to apply to business challenges.
• Strong analytical skills to translate operational issues into AI solutions and communicate with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand supply chain challenges and align AI initiatives with priorities.
• Identify and prioritise AI opportunities across demand planning, supply planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, and service operations.
• Evaluate business value, data readiness, process maturity, technology fit and feasibility for AI use cases.
• Design AI roadmaps and translate requirements into actionable plans; support implementation of AI, ML, Generative AI, and agentic AI solutions.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and AI adoption through workshops, governance, and executive presentations.
