Qualifications

• Software engineering experience with development, testing and production support.
• Strong Python skills; experience with Java, TypeScript or SQL.
• Hands-on experience building LLM applications, including RAG and agents.
• APIs, event-driven architectures and enterprise integrations.
• Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD, security and resilience.
• Experience with Spark or similar data-processing tech.
• Understanding AI testing, evaluation, monitoring and deployment.
• Financial services experience in a regulated enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI agents, orchestration frameworks and automated workflows.
• Build MCP servers for secure integration with enterprise systems.
• Develop production-quality Python applications, APIs and backend services.
• Create RAG pipelines and enterprise search with source attribution.
• Build data pipelines and AI workflows using Databricks and Spark.
• Support model development, testing, deployment and MLOps processes.
• Create Copilot experiences with human-in-loop review.
• Implement testing, monitoring and observability for production reliability.
• Improve development efficiency through AI-assisted engineering tools.
