Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in CS/Engineering with GPA 3.0+.
• Experience in software product development.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools.
• Intro understanding of agents and skills in workflows.
• Self-directed, eager to learn new tools independently.
• Proficiency in C++, C#/.NET, JavaScript.
• Knowledge of OO design and OS fundamentals.
• Strong debugging and problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willing to seek guidance on tasks when needed.
• Self-motivated with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Make technical decisions on scaling, reliability, and performance.
• Design, develop, test, and debug software applications.
• Deliver software on-time and provide accurate estimates.
• Provide technical support to products and escalate issues.
• Document product behavior and implementation details.
• Collaborate with teammates to prioritize development efforts.
• Follow team processes, docs, and code style guides.
• Give feedback on pull requests and designs.
• Expand knowledge in your technical domain.
