Job summary

Bet365 is seeking a Software Tester to ensure our global payment systems operate flawlessly across deposits, withdrawals and third‑party integrations. This full‑time role embraces an AI‑driven, automated testing approach, with emphasis on API validation and compliance controls, across both front‑end and back‑office tooling.

You will drive test strategies, report defects via Jira, and collaborate with subject matter experts to improve processes and product quality.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of payments principles (deposits, withdrawals, and integrations).
• API testing with Gherkin syntax and reading technical documentation.
• Experience with Playwright and AI-assisted test creation.
• Strong test ownership with ability to define test strategies.
• Ability to prioritise changing requirements with a positive attitude.
• Proactive approach to personal development and knowledge retention.
• Ability to work collaboratively or independently on project requirements.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Interest in emerging technologies, specifically AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Drive an AI/Automated first testing approach and verify agentic test scope and executables.
• Define and own test strategies, providing accurate estimates and quality-focused approaches.
• Conduct quality testing on Account Management and Onboarding projects.
• Report defects accurately and manage them through to resolution via Jira.
• Shape and improve agentic processes through active feedback loops.
• Communicate testing progress to the project team and escalate where necessary.
• Develop product knowledge by liaising with subject matter experts.
• Build successful relationships across the business to uncover new ideas.
• Maintain a proactive approach to personal development while adapting to changing circumstances.
