Job summary

bet365 is looking for a Software Tester to ensure our global payments systems operate flawlessly. You will join the Payments Delivery Stream and champion quality with an AI-driven, automated-first approach across API testing, third-party integrations, and compliance controls.

You will work on complex payment flows, deposits, withdrawals, and payments method integrations, contributing to robust, scalable software across site and back-office tooling. Hybrid working options are available.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of deposits, withdrawals and payment method integrations.
• Proficiency in API testing using Gherkin syntax.
• Experience with automation tools like Playwright and AI-assisted test creation.
• Strong ownership of test strategies and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive an 'AI/Automated first' approach by verifying and creating Agentic generated test scope and executables.
• Define and own test strategies, providing accurate estimates and quality-focused approaches.
• Conduct quality testing on Account Management and Onboarding projects.
• Report defects accurately and manage them through to resolution via Jira.
• Shape and improve agentic processes through feedback loops.
• Communicate testing progress to the project team and escalations where necessary.
• Develop product knowledge by liaising with subject matter experts.
• Build relationships across the business to uncover new ideas.
