Job summary

Meta's Product Enablement team within Product Risk & Compliance partners with product groups to steward end-to-end risk reviews from inception to launch. As a Product Risk Program Manager, you will apply program management and systems thinking to guide complex risk reviews, working with product, engineering, legal, policy, and tooling teams to deliver a high-quality risk review experience.

You will help optimize processes, drive alignment across stakeholders, and implement responsible AI

Qualifications

• 6+ years in strategy, management consulting, business operations or program management.
• 3+ years in a product environment with cross-functional stakeholders including legal, policy and product teams.
• 2+ years in regulatory domains like privacy, integrity, security, or data protection and compliant frameworks.
• Proven ability to set priorities and deliver operational results.
• Experience aligning stakeholders with differing priorities.
• Knowledge of Privacy, Integrity, or Security requirements in tech contexts.
• Experience implementing responsible AI practices and evolving AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end risk reviews for product initiatives.
• Collaborate with legal, policy, engineering, and compliance teams to ensure compliant product launches.
