OneAdvanced Limited in the UK is seeking a Product Manager to drive development, delivery, and continuous improvement of the Legal Portfolio. You will translate customer needs and market opportunities into a prioritised backlog and roadmap, working with engineering, design, marketing and customer-facing teams.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled capabilities to accelerate discovery, enhance decision-making, and ensure high quality, usability, performance and compliance across solutions.

Formación

• Strong understanding of modern product management methodologies and agile delivery practices.
• Knowledge of the legal sector and workflows within that sector.
• Familiarity with customer discovery techniques and user research methods.
• Understanding of AI-enabled technologies and responsible AI principles.
• Ability to define requirements, acceptance criteria and success metrics.
• Experience building and communicating product roadmaps.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage the product backlog end to end, prioritising features, defects, debt and risks to maximise value.
• Lead customer discovery activities and gather insights to identify user needs and opportunities.
• Act as the voice of the customer to influence product decisions and priorities.
• Define requirements, acceptance criteria and success measures for features and releases.
• Maintain and communicate the product roadmap with sequencing and trade-offs.
• Collaborate with UX/design to ensure usable and high-quality experiences.
• Track product performance with metrics and dashboards to drive improvement.
• Provide guidance on product capabilities, architecture, and dependencies.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across engineering, commercial, and operations.
