Job summary

GlobalLogic Inc. in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced software engineer to join our AI-native development practice. You will deploy into product squads, modernise pipelines, and build agentic tooling with Claude Code to accelerate delivery and quality.

You will coach engineers, collaborate across CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to central platform assets while working in a hybrid setup that supports flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering with production experience in modern languages/frameworks.
• Hands-on with Claude Code or equivalent tooling for building subagents and integrating AI into workflows.
• Experience with AI-native development practices and agent-assisted code review.
• Solid understanding of GitLab CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and platform tooling.

Responsibilities

• Deploy into product squads during discovery and landing phases and start immediate delivery.
• Drive tech debt reduction and modernisation of pipelines in production codebases.
• Author and maintain AGENTS.md and CLAUDE.md context files for LLM-assisted development.
• Inject platform assets into live repositories and ensure clean integration with workflows.
• Build Claude Code skills and subagent architectures tailored to the squad’s domain.
