Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with production experience in modern languages/frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code or equivalent agentic tooling.
• Experience with AI-native development practices and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab).
• Experience collaborating within engineering teams and mentoring others.
• Ability to assess unfamiliar codebases and prioritize improvements.

Responsibilities

• Deploy into product squads during discovery and landing phase.
• Drive tech debt reduction and pipeline modernization within the team.
• Author and maintain AGENTS.md and CLAUDE.md context files.
• Inject platform assets into live repositories during rollout.
• Build Claude Code skills and subagent architectures.
• Coach engineers on AI-native delivery habits.
• Share learnings with the Central Platform Team.
