Job summary

Bezos.ai is a remote-first Fulfilment-as-a-Service (FaaS) platform helping online sellers connect channels and orchestrate a global logistics network. You will own a meaningful slice of operations end-to-end, building tools, automations and playbooks that scale the network while reducing manual headcount.

You will ensure SLA-resolved tickets, data reconciliation, and proactive problem resolution. The role emphasizes building automation using Claude, Retool and Make, with a bias toward concrete,

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative field or proven equivalent ability.
• Ability to own complex problems end-to-end with limited guidance.
• Proven track record of measurable impact and KPI improvements.
• Experience building tools, dashboards or automation that others rely on.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operations improvements and automation for scale.
• Develop tools, automations, and playbooks to reduce headcount needs.
• Own daily cross-system reconciliation and SLA adherence.
• Monitor warehouse and carrier performance against SLAs.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
