Job summary

Tesco Stores Limited is looking for a Product Manager to join the Observability and Incident Management team. You will shape the roadmap for AI-assisted observability, drive faster detection and resolution of incidents, and influence the cultural and technical strategy across Tesco's tech landscape.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations and leadership to deliver MVPs, document requirements and steer release planning, while focusing on data-driven decisions and customer impact.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping product roadmaps for data-driven observability
• Ability to translate user needs into product requirements
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including engineering and operations

Responsibilities

• Define AI-assisted strategy and long-term roadmap
• Document requirements with user stories and acceptance tests
• Lead sprint planning and MVP discovery for new features
• Run experiments to drive data-driven product improvements
• Collaborate with delivery teams to prototype and validate MVPs
