Norm Ai in London is seeking a Commercial Contracts Associate (NDA) to join the UK team. You will leverage AI-enabled review and drafting to support NDA work for Norm Law's clients, collaborating with partners, clients, and technology teams to deliver precise and efficient contracts.

The role requires 2–3+ years of NDA review experience, strong drafting and communication skills, and a proven ability to apply technology to deal workflows.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor admitted in England and Wales with an active SRA practising certificate.
• 2–3+ years of experience reviewing NDAs or similar agreements.
• Strong drafting and communication skills; meticulous attention to detail.
• Interest in applying technology to enhance traditional deal workflows.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs using AI-enabled tools.
• Advise on NDA playbooks and market standards; ensure AI agents understand client context.
• Coordinate NDA execution and negotiations with counterparties.
• Partner with clients to showcase AI-assisted workflows that improve accuracy and speed.
• Collaborate with technology teams to improve NDA review processes.
• Manage high volumes of NDA requests and track progress.
