Norm Law in Central London is seeking a Commercial Contracts Associate (NDA) to support NDA review and drafting for clients, using AI agents to streamline processes.

You'll collaborate with partners, clients and technology teams to deliver precise, data-driven legal services, with a focus on market standards and client-specific contexts.

Hybrid work model with in-office expectation 4-5 days per week, located in Central London, joining a growing UK team.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor admitted in England and Wales with SRA practising certificate.
• 3–6 years of experience reviewing NDAs or similar agreements.
• Strong drafting and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Interest in applying technology to enhance deal workflows.

Responsibilities

• Document Drafting & Review: Leverage AI to generate, compare, and redline NDAs tailored to client guidelines.
• Incorporating Legal Context: Advise on NDA playbooks and market standards; ensure AI understands client context.
• NDA Execution: Manage workflow, execution, negotiation, and coordination with counterparties for NDAs.
• Client Advisory: Demonstrate how AI-assisted workflows improve accuracy, transparency, and velocity.
• Collaboration with Tech: Work with technology teams to improve NDA review efficiency using AI.

This Role

As a Commercial Contracts Associate (NDA), you will work on a high impact team that provides important services to Norm Law's clients, while using AI agents to streamline the drafting, review, and execution process in providing non-disclosure agreement review for clients. You'll collaborate closely with partners, clients, and technology teams to deliver efficient, precise, and data-driven legal services for in-house legal teams of leading asset managers.

Our practice embraces the use of AI to reduce burden and increase your ability to focus on strategic legal judgment and client engagement.

What You'll Do

• Document Drafting & Review: Leverage AI agents to generate, compare, and redline NDAs tailored to client guidelines

• Incorporating Legal Context: Work with clients to advise them on their NDA playbooks and provide guidance on market standards, including ensuring AI agents understand each client's specific context.

• NDA Execution: Integrate AI agents into workflow management, execution, negotiation, and coordination with counterparties for any NDAs.

• Client Advisory: Partner with clients to demonstrate how AI-assisted workflows improve accuracy, transparency, and velocity.

• Collaboration with Tech: Work closely with the technology teams to continue to make the NDA review process even more efficient using AI.

What We're Looking For

Core Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor admitted in England and Wales, with a current Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) practising certificate.

• 3-6 years of experience reviewing NDAs or similar agreements.

• Strong drafting and communication skills; meticulous attention to detail.

• Interest in applying technology to enhance traditional deal workflows.

What Success Looks Like

• 30 Days: Learn firm AI platforms; begin supporting the commercial contracts team using AI-enabled review and drafting.

• 60 Days: Independently manage discrete components of NDA review with AI support.

• 90 Days: Lead AI-augmented workstreams in live NDA reviews, improving efficiency and accuracy in document management and execution processes.
