Yoobic, Ltd. is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager in London. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Revenue Operations and Sales, owning processes, data quality and automation to optimize the marketing engine and funnel.

You’ll drive lead lifecycle management, funnel measurability and AI-enabled workflows, collaborating with Marketing and RevOps to surface insights and improve GTM effectiveness.

Formación

• 3+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations or related role.
• Experience in B2B SaaS business and lifecycle management.
• Hands-on with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms and data quality.

Responsabilidades

• Own lead lifecycle from engagement to revenue, including MQLs and routing.
• Build lead scoring, lifecycle stages and SLA governance with Sales.
• Maintain marketing automation platforms and data flows.
• Develop AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency and insights.
• Create dashboards and reports for funnel health and ROI.
