Michael Page is seeking a Professional Support Lawyer for a major international legal and business services organisation with a hybrid working model. The role focuses on shaping knowledge across commercial contracts and data protection, and involves hands-on exposure to AI tools and innovation.

The successful candidate will lead precedents, practice notes and client-facing content, train teams, and collaborate across lawyers and business units in a flexible hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Solicitor or equivalent with strong experience in commercial contracts and data protection.
• Experienced commercial lawyer with the ability to research and interpret complex points of law.
• Interested in knowledge management, innovation, technology and the practical application of AI within legal services.
• Comfortable developing precedents, practice materials, training and client-facing legal content.
• Confident communicator who can collaborate with lawyers and multidisciplinary teams across the wider business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop know-how across commercial contracts and data protection.
• Work closely with lawyers and wider teams to develop precedents, practice notes, working practices and knowledge resources.
• Advise on and support the effective use of AI tools, alongside wider innovation and process improvement initiatives.
• Identify learning needs and developing and delivering training, workshops and supporting materials to lawyers and wider teams.
• Produce high-quality client content including legal updates, articles and briefings, while helping lawyers develop timely and impactful thought leadership.
