Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional in the UK seeks a legally qualified Legal Engineer to bridge law, technology and AI, helping law firms and in-house teams transform how legal work is delivered. You will lead workflow discovery, design AI-enabled workflows, deliver onboarding and adoption sessions, and translate stakeholder feedback into actionable product insights.

Qualifications

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales.
3+ years PQE in a large law firm or major in-house team.
Experience with complex legal workflows across transactional and/or contentious practice areas.
Strong consulting, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Interest in legal technology and AI.

Responsibilities

Lead workflow discovery sessions with customers to understand legal processes and identify AI-enabled improvement opportunities.
Design, configure and deploy AI-enabled workflows aligned with client processes.
Deliver targeted onboarding, enablement and adoption sessions for different user groups.
Embed new workflows into day-to-day practice and drive sustained adoption with Customer Success.
Monitor usage and identify opportunities to improve adoption, engagement and value realization.
Translate workflow requirements and feedback into actionable product insights.
Share best practices and reusable workflow solutions across customers and internal teams.
