Job summary

Xceedance in London seeks a highly experienced Business Solutions Specialist to drive transformation in insurance operations using our AI tools. You will translate client challenges into tailored AI-enabled solutions, owning discovery conversations, and producing solution designs for delivery teams.

With 10–15 years in solution design or client-facing roles, you will lead demos, engage senior stakeholders, and ensure feasible, commercially attractive outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in solution design, consulting, or a comparable client-facing role.
• Strong domain experience in P&C insurance, with exposure to the London market.
• Exceptional customer-facing and communication skills, able to influence senior stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of AI concepts and translating them into business value.
• Demonstrated ability to lead demos, discovery conversations, and solution discussions independently.
• Able to challenge client explanations and surface underlying rules and data issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of Xceedance's proprietary AI tools; act as the business solutions expert for opportunities and transformations.
• Lead evangelization of the IAN platform from discovery through to scoping, proposals, implementation support, testing, and post go-live review.
• Design and deliver compelling product demonstrations and proofs-of-concept mapping AI capabilities to client problems in P&C and the London market.
• Perform hands-on requirements analysis with client data, reconciling inconsistencies and surfacing data issues.
• Partner with BD and Client Partner teams to shape pursuit strategy and progress deals through the pipeline.
• Coordinate with Product Implementation/Engineering to validate feasibility and ensure deliverables.
• Articulate complex AI concepts in clear business terms for senior stakeholders.
• Maintain knowledge of P&C trends and the evolving AI solutions landscape.
