Job summary

Wunderman Thompson MAP in London is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead multiple client projects, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality. You will be the central contact for stakeholders and translate briefs into clear plans that guide cross-functional teams.

You will work with designers, UX architects, developers, and account leads, shaping opportunities, managing risks, and maintaining transparent communication.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in marketing or agency settings.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of marketing principles, including CRM strategy and marketing technology.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce or Braze.
• Ability to translate vision with developers/architects to buildable solutions.
• Ideally some experience with Agentic AI, Digital Coworkers and modern automated workflows.
• Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, PowerBI and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and translate them to well-defined projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Scope and estimate new projects, exploring innovative solutions.
• Understand technical requirements and how they impact a project (risks, possibilities).
• Track project expenses, manage budgets, and contribute to forecasting.
• Provide regular project status updates to the Account Lead and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to optimize project management processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
