Job summary

Dex, a London-based platform reimagining property investment for landlords, seeks a hands-on full-stack engineer to shape problems as much as build solutions. You’ll own features end-to-end, collaborating with product and design, and push for AI-native engineering practices across the stack.

You’ll work across a modern stack—React, Remix, TypeScript on the frontend and Golang on the backend—while mentoring peers and elevating testing discipline with unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of features, from concept to deployment.

• Shape product direction, defining problems and solutions alongside product and design.
• Integrate AI tools into daily development workflow.
• Contribute to defining and scaling an AI-native engineering practice.
