Job summary

Schonfeld is seeking a Director, Central Compliance & Europe Regulatory Liaison in London to lead UK and EU regulatory activities. The role heads multiple CoEs across AML, policy management, and core compliance, reporting to the Deputy CCO.

You will guide a small team, drive regulatory change, and champion AI-enabled workflows while collaborating with a global compliance community. The ideal candidate has senior compliance experience, including engagement with EU regulators, and a track record

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership across compliance disciplines including AML/financial crime and policy management.
• Experience engaging with EU regulators (FCA) and centers of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK and EU Regulatory Liaison for local regulators and regulatory change.
• Manage and develop multiple Centers of Excellence within Central Compliance.
• Directly lead a team of compliance officers and drive performance management.
• Oversee AML/financial crime program, sanctions screening, and regulatory filings.
• Own Global Compliance Policies & Procedures framework and regulatory interface.
