Job summary

Oliver Wyman, a Marsh company, is seeking a Product Manager to own a software product day-to-day, manage the roadmap, backlog, demos, and go-to-market materials. You will align with Partners and Product Directors across UK, Europe, India and US time zones.

You will gather requirements, frame options, and provide recommendations, growing into broader ownership while working with clients and engineering teams where AI is central.

Qualifications

• Experience running a software product day to day with backlog ownership and release rhythm.
• Ability to impose structure on an evolving product and coordinate multiple threads.
• Understanding of AI-enabled product implications, costs, and client readiness.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration across Partners, Directors, clients and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Run the product backlog day to day, turning the agreed direction into features and releases with the engineering team.
• Maintain the product roadmap and adapt to changing client needs and priorities.
• Work with Partners, their teams and clients to understand needs and gather requirements.
• Represent the product in demos, pitches and client conversations, supporting the commercial lead.
• Build a strong understanding of the domain, users and competition and bring it into product decisions.
• Track usage and cost data to inform pricing and investment decisions.
• Ensure day-to-day quality with testing, release readiness and data handling.
