Job summary

Oliver Wyman DNA team builds software products used across risk, wealth management and digital marketing. As Product Manager you will own the product day to day, manage the backlog, roadmap, demos and go-to-market materials.

You will collaborate with Partners, Directors and engineering across UK, Europe, India and US time zones, shaping the product direction while gathering evidence, framing options and making recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience running a software product or a substantial part of one, with backlog and release rhythm responsibility.
• Ability to translate client and user needs into concrete product implications and roadmap items.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders and engineering teams, and capability to present a compelling case.

Responsibilities

• Run the product backlog day-to-day, turning direction into features and releases.
• Maintain and update the product roadmap in response to client needs and constraints.
• Collaborate with Partners, Directors and clients to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Represent the product in demos, pitches and client conversations to support the commercial discussion.
• Build domain knowledge and competitive insight to inform product decisions.
• Track usage and cost data to inform pricing and investment decisions.
• Ensure quality, security, and release readiness across the engineering team.
• Develop go-to-market materials and internal promotion of the product.
