Job summary

Deerfoot IT Resources Limited is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead AI-led transformation across the enterprise, focusing on GCP, Vertex AI, and Gemini. You will shape target architecture and work with executive teams to drive strategic technology adoption.

In this hybrid role with UK-wide office locations, you’ll translate business goals into scalable technology roadmaps and guide delivery teams across multi-vendor environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Enterprise or Solution Architecture with large-scale programmes.
• Hands-on GCP, Vertex AI, Gemini and Generative AI experience.
• Experience in Customer Support / Contact Centre Operations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud and API-based integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own target architecture, roadmaps and transformation strategy across several programmes.
• Collaborate with client leadership to convert business goals into technology strategies.
• Drive adoption of Agentic AI, Generative AI and hyperautomation.
• Support governance, architecture reviews and executive decisions.
• Mentor delivery teams and technical leads.
