Job summary

StarCompliance is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to direct a software engineering team delivering key components of the Enterprise SaaS platform. You will guide design, ensure architectural alignment, and drive modernisation while maintaining technical depth.

Qualifications

• Significant software engineering experience including leadership.
• Strong experience with C# and .NET / ASP.NET Core.
• Understanding of APIs, architecture, and modern integration patterns.
• Experience with microservices, containers, and distributed systems.
• Experience with infrastructure as code and automated provisioning.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and asynchronous messaging.
• Experience building and operating enterprise SaaS or cloud-hosted apps.
• Experience with React and TypeScript.
• Good knowledge of SQL Server.
• Proven experience with Azure, CI/CD, automated testing, and modern practices.
• Knowledge of observability, resilience, performance, secure development.
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering and agentic approaches.
• Experience leading AI-first or agentic transformation.
• Ability to lead engineers, manage delivery, allocate resources, influence teams.
• Strong technical judgment, communication, coaching, stakeholder management.
