Qualifications

• Recent graduates or candidates with little to no professional experience.
• Interest in AI and hands-on familiarity with modern AI tools.

• Based in London or able to commute to the Victoria office.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and iterate on AI workflows, prompts, and agents for research, creative work, analysis, and campaign operations.
• Launch and optimise advertising campaigns across major ad platforms.
• Develop new ad angles and creative hypotheses for rapid testing at scale.
• Improve full-funnel conversion rates through multivariate and A/B testing.
• Interrogate granular data from the data warehouse and translate insights into action.
