Job summary

Consol Partners is seeking a Senior Cyber Exposure & Vulnerability Manager to own the end-to-end vulnerability management framework across infrastructure, cloud, and applications in a hybrid UK-based setting. You will drive risk-based prioritisation and leverage AI-driven automation to modernise triage, threat correlation, and remediation workflows.

Qualifications

• Enterprise exposure management experience in regulated environments.
• Hands-on vulnerability management principles across cloud, hybrid infra, and apps.
• Experience with risk scoring and prioritisation using multiple inputs.
• Interest in applying AI/automation to cyber operations.
• Ability to translate vulnerabilities into business risk and drive remediation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end vulnerability management and response across infrastructure, cloud, apps, and third-party services.
• Lead backlog management, aging remediation, and emergency response to zero-day exposures.
• Champion AI, automation, and data-driven insights to optimise triage and reporting.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Cloud, Data, and Architecture to embed vulnerability response into delivery pipelines.
• Define and track KPIs/KRIs and provide executive-level reporting for CIO/Audit/CISO boards.
• Align exposure decisions with risk appetite and drive regulatory remediation actions to closure.
