Job summary

Barclay Simpson, on behalf of a leading Financial Services firm in London, is seeking an experienced Threat & Vulnerability Management Manager to support a major transformation programme focused on automation and advancing its threat and vulnerability capabilities.

The successful candidate will drive exposure-led strategies, implement CTEM concepts, and manage senior stakeholders while collaborating with technical SMEs to align priorities and delivery across the programme.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong understanding of vulnerability and exposure management concepts.
• Experience implementing exposure management capabilities within an organisation or defining strategy/roadmap.
• Ability to communicate risk and strategy to senior stakeholders and work with technical SMEs.

Responsibilities

Job description

A leading Financial Services firm is seeking an experienced Threat & Vulnerability Management Manager to support a major transformation programme focused on increasing automation and advancing its Threat & Vulnerability Management capabilities.

A strong understanding of Exposure Management and CTEM is essential. Ideally, you will have experience implementing these capabilities within an organisation or defining the strategy and roadmap for transitioning from traditional vulnerability management towards a more mature, exposure-led approach.

Strong stakeholder management skills are equally important. You will regularly engage with senior stakeholders to communicate strategy, priorities and risk, while working closely with technical SMEs to drive delivery and ensure alignment across the programme.

This is an initial contract with the potential to extend. The engagement is Outside IR35 and operates on a hybrid working basis in London.
