Job summary

Baringa is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant or Manager to join the Customer practice. You will help clients evolve how they serve customers in a world shaped by AI, from rethinking journeys to embedding AI into daily operations.

You will work with clients to identify demand, pain points, and opportunities across voice and digital channels, designing practical transformations and delivering tangible outcomes with speed and rigor.

Qualifications

• We’re looking for people with strong foundations in customer and contact centre transformation.
• Practical perspective on applying AI to improve service.
• Experience across voice and digital channels.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive improvements in how customer service operates.
• Design and deliver end-to-end improvements, embedding AI.
• Lead workshops with Product, Tech and Operations.
• Scope and deliver pilots, roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Coach junior team members and support growth.
