True Talent Solutions Partners is building a compliance SaaS platform in London and seeks a hands-on software engineer who can translate real-world needs into production-ready software across frontend, backend, data models, and AI layers.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years of production shipping experience and strong full-stack skills (Python, TypeScript, React, Node.js, SQL) with exposure to AI/ML, LLMs, document intelligence, or cloud infrastructure. UK visa sponsorship is available.

Formación

• 3–6 years of software or product engineering experience.
• Full-stack development skills with Python, TypeScript, React, Node.js, SQL.
• Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, document intelligence, or cloud infrastructure.

Responsabilidades

• Embed with customer teams to understand how certification, inspection, and compliance work in practice.
• Run customer calls, write specifications, and build end-to-end systems across the frontend, backend, data model, and AI layer.
• Own product areas from discovery through launch, shipping early and improving them based on direct user feedback.
• Develop AI-powered workflows from customer documents and conversations for scheduling, technical review, conformity assessment, field inspection, and document intelligence.
• Decide which customer requests can scale to a broadly useful product and which are workflow-specific.
