Talent, a London-based AI scale-up, is seeking a strong full-stack engineer for an outside IR35, part-time contract. You’ll join a proven product with real clients and a clear mandate to push it to the next level.

The role is hybrid in central London, initial 3-month contract, three days a week. You’ll work across Front-end (React/Next.js) and Back-end (Node.js) with hands-on AI tooling and modern pipelines.

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack engineering experience with AI focus.
• Hands-on with LLMs, agents and modern AI toolchains.
• Bias to shipping, comfortable with early-stage ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own both front-end and back-end of the product.
• Implement AI features, integrations and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with founders and clients to shape the roadmap.
