Job summary

Blenheim is seeking a Cloud Applications & Integration Analyst who will own the security, integration and supportability of our cloud portfolio across the Estate, including Pye Homes. You will report to the IT Manager and lead AI connectivity, information governance and our n8n integration platform, serving as the first point of contact for colleagues on AI, automation or cloud app issues.

Qualifications

• Experience administering cloud SaaS applications and user management.
• Experience with Purview and Defender for Cloud Apps and information governance.
• Hands-on with enterprise AI tooling and licensing, data access control.
• Ability to identify practical AI/automation use cases and justify decisions.
• Experience building/integrating automations via platforms like n8n or Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Own security, integration and supportability of cloud applications.
• Lead on AI connectivity and information governance initiatives.
• Act as first point of contact for AI/automation questions from colleagues.
• Document systems, integrations and processes to clear standards.
• Explain technical options clearly to non-technical colleagues.
