Job summary

Blenheim Palace is hiring a Cloud Applications & Integration Analyst to own security, integration and supportability of our cloud applications across the Estate. You will lead AI connectivity, information governance and manage the n8n platform, assisting colleagues with AI, automation or cloud-app issues.

You will document systems and processes, and explain technical choices to non-technical teams while collaborating across IT and business units.

Qualifications

Experience administering business cloud (SaaS) applications with user management and authentication.
Experience with information governance tools and data protection obligations.
Hands-on experience with AI tooling and licensing across vendors.
Ability to identify practical AI/automation uses and judge when tech isn't the right answer.
Experience building integrations or automations via platforms like n8n or Power Automate or via APIs.

Responsibilities

Own the security, integration and supportability of cloud applications across the Estate.
Lead on AI connectivity, information governance and the n8n platform.
Act as first point of contact for colleagues needing help with AI, automation or cloud apps.
Document systems, integrations and processes to a standard others can rely on.
Explain technical options clearly to non-technical colleagues.
