Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a driven Sr Creative Programme Manager to oversee end-to-end campaigns across UK and Europe within the Cross Channel Marketing (XCM) team.

The role partners with Campaign Managers, Creative teams, and external agencies to manage creative development, production, localization, and cross-market alignment. You will drive risk management, define roles, manage multi-channel workflows, and advocate AI-driven improvements to transform campaign delivery and production

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data/metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience in program or project management.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
• Experience defining and executing program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end integrated campaigns for UK/Europe.
• Lead campaign reviews with senior leaders and global partners.
• Manage timings, costs, meetings, resources, scope; main POC for the project.
• Coordinate with creative teams and external agencies across channels.
• Oversee transcreation and localisation, timely delivery to media owners.
• Collaborate with producers and planners to schedule resources and improve processes.
• Explore AI-driven solutions to reinvent workflows and speed delivery.
