Job summary

NTT DATA UK&I is seeking a senior leader to head the Business Consulting practice, guiding cross-sector strategy, operating model design, and AI-enabled transformation. You will stay client-facing, shape market positioning, and drive growth with a strong focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.

The role demands senior consulting judgment, C-suite engagement, and a track record of selling and delivering complex transformations while managing risk and profitability.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in a recognised business, management or transformation consulting environment, with evidence of operating at senior practice, capability or portfolio level.
• Deep Business Consulting expertise across strategy, target operating model, process redesign, organisation and workforce, adoption and change, and benefits/value realisation.
• Strong practical experience of AI-enabled business transformation, including enterprise AI adoption and the implications of AI for operating models, processes, roles and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the Business Consulting growth agenda across sectors, partnering with Sector and Account leaders to identify, shape and convert opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior business leaders, diagnose problems, frame outcomes and create demand.
• Lead AI-led transformation conversations, including enterprise AI adoption, AI-native operating models, workforce and role redesign, governance and benefits realisation.
• Maintain approximately 75% personal chargeability while leading priority engagements and executive sponsorship.
• Provide executive oversight and quality assurance across key engagements, ensuring outcomes and delivery to scope, margin and client expectations.
