Job summary

Aviva is seeking an Affiliate Content Executive to boost discoverability across AI platforms. This 6-month FTC/Secondment role focuses on coordinating content partnerships, briefs, approvals and delivery plans.

You will work with internal teams and external partners to adapt content for discoverability, compliance and customer focus, while supporting reporting and test-and-learn activities.

The role offers a salary circa £35k-£45k, plus pension, discounts and volunteering days.

Qualifications

• Experience in affiliate marketing, digital PR and publisher content partnerships.
• Curiosity about AI-driven customer discovery and new search behaviours.
• Experience with data and reporting to spot trends and actions.
• Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and take ownership of delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate content partnerships with affiliate publishers and third-party platforms.
• Manage briefs, approvals, onboarding and delivery plans.
• Adapt and distribute content that is accurate, customer-focused and compliant.
• Support reporting and test-and-learn activity, monitoring performance metrics.
• Translate insights into practical recommendations.
• Deliver high-quality activity at pace.
