GSK's Development Operations Platforms & Innovation (DP&I) is building AI-native capabilities to reshape how clinical trials are planned, delivered, and continuously improved. This role leads the AI-native Development Operations strategy, prototyping frontier tools with business SMEs and shaping build-buy-partner decisions with commercial rigour.

You will work with enterprise technology teams and external partners to deploy AI-enabled workflows.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in applied AI/technology or Pharma strategy at a leading AI or technology consultancy or comparable environment.
• Deep understanding of clinical operations and development in industry or consulting.
• Proven ability to build business cases and deliver AI-enabled transformation programmes with measurable outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the AI-native Development Operations strategy and roadmap with measurable clinical trial outcomes.
• Lead prioritisation for AI opportunities across Development Operations in line with strategy and R&D priorities.
• Scan external AI capabilities and vendor offerings to inform strategy and build-buy-partner choices.
• Define the build-buy-partner approach and evaluate vendors/partners balancing speed, risk, cost, and platform value.
• Build and defend business cases with ROI, payback logic, and success criteria; enforce stage-gate discipline.
• Shape deployment strategy, architecture with enterprise AI, data, security, regulatory, and quality teams.
• Drive cross-functional alignment for AI-native Development Operations strategy.
• Partner with R&D leaders to identify bottlenecks and shape AI-native capabilities.
• Lead 0-to-1 incubation: frame hypotheses, build prototypes, and define evidence to scale or stop.
• Define adoption strategy including workflow redesign and change interventions for scaled deployment.
