Job summary

Genesis Energies is seeking a Senior Manager to lead and deliver strategic advisory projects in the energy sector. You will drive AI-enabled digital transformation, shape value propositions, and work with clients on governance, data strategy and innovation.

You will mentor teams, originate new services, and help secure opportunities while delivering high-quality outcomes aligned with Net Zero and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in the energy industry, consulting or engineering.
• Background in management consulting and/or early-stage techno-economic studies.
• Proven track record delivering AI, automation and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplined engagement project teams to deliver strategic objectives.
• Identify AI/digital use-cases across asset lifecycles to support operations and sustainability.
• Manage analytics workstreams and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Originate research on AI, digital twins, IoT and data-driven strategy for energy transition.
• Develop client relationships and support business development and proposals.
• Provide leadership and coaching to consultants and analysts.
