Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an AI DevOps Engineer to own deployment, operations, and reliability of the AI‑SDLC platform across teams. You will build infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability, ensuring secure, scalable operations and governance.

Location requires working from a U.S. Bank site multiple days per week; this role is hosted under the Elavon umbrella. Strong cloud, IaC, and automation experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, or Harness.
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• AWS cloud experience (ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, IAM).
• Observability with OpenTelemetry and CloudWatch.
• Python or Bash scripting.
• Security and compliance: PCI DSS controls.
• Reliability engineering: SLIs/SLOs, incident response.

Responsibilities

• Own AI-SDLC deployment, operations, and platform reliability.
• Manage infrastructure, monitoring, observability, and on-call support.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation for releases.
• Drive centralised AI-SDLC service for multi-tenant scalability and cost control.
