Job summary

FRANK RECRUITMENT GROUP PRIVATE LTD. is seeking an AI Developer (LLM & GenAI Solutions) in Singapore to transform leading AI platforms into scalable, reliable solutions through prompt engineering, RAG architectures, agent orchestration, and automation.

You will build AI-powered applications, integrate AI into business systems via APIs, and continuously improve model performance while staying abreast of emerging AI technologies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software or AI engineering experience.
• Strong experience building real-world applications with LLMs, GenAI, AI agents, and RAG architectures.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar foundation models.
• Solid Python programming skills and experience integrating APIs and automation workflows.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or similar.
• Knowledge of vector databases (Weaviate, Pinecone, Qdrant, pgvector, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and optimize AI systems.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered applications, workflows, and autonomous agents using modern LLM platforms
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions including embeddings, vector databases, and knowledge retrieval pipelines
• Develop prompt engineering strategies, system instructions, and tool-calling workflows to optimize AI performance
• Integrate AI capabilities into business systems through APIs and Python-based automation
• Evaluate AI outputs, troubleshoot model behaviour, and continuously improve accuracy, reliability, and user experience
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions

About the role
