Job summary

SymphonyAI in the United Kingdom is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own end-to-end deployments of SensaAI and NetReveal for major financial institutions. You will lead multi-stream projects spanning engineering, data science, and customer IT, coordinating with senior stakeholders to ensure delivery on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of technical project management experience.
• Ownership of complex enterprise software or AI deployments end-to-end.
• Strong technical fluency in modern AI and data systems.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders in regulated environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Track record of running programs with discipline.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer engagements at bank sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead single-workstream or small multi-workstream projects within a customer engagement.
• Run delivery the AI Fast way — short cycles, working software, instrumented decisions, and evidence-based decisions.
• Maintain rigorous operating cadence: kickoff, weekly delivery, risk and issue management, change control, financial tracking, lessons learned, and regulator-grade documentation.
• Contribute to delivery of assets — playbooks, accelerators, model tuning patterns, MRM evidence templates, and reference deployments.
• Use AI tools in your own workflow — for planning, status synthesis, risk analysis, alert and scenario review, customer artifacts, and quality checks.
• Drive and champion AI adoption within teams by enabling individuals to integrate AI into daily workflows.
