Job summary

Corndel is hiring a Curriculum Developer (AI) to design and build high-quality learning content for AI programmes. You will work with the Product team and subject matter experts to fuse commercial and regulatory needs into engaging learning pathways, including e-learning, workshops and assessments.

You will focus initially on flagship AI products and foundational content, with opportunities to contribute across Corndel’s portfolio and evolve with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Experience developing high-quality curriculum, e-learning or training content for a professional audience.
• Strong writing, editing and QA skills with clear explanation of technical concepts.
• Ability to translate AI/automation topics into practical learning content.
• Familiarity with apprenticeship standards and learning design principles.
• Demonstrated collaboration with SMEs, product teams and delivery colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop curriculum content including e-learning, workshops and templates.
• Ensure alignment with apprenticeship standards, assessment plans and market needs.
• Structure content into clear, engaging learning experiences across programmes.
• Develop technical learning materials on AI, automation, data foundations and workflows.
• Create practical workshops and assessments to demonstrate learning outcomes.
• Maintain core programme documentation and coach guidance.
• Collaborate with product, SMEs, coaches and delivery teams to ensure accuracy and readiness.
• Respond to feedback to improve content clarity, flow and alignment.
• Continuously refine content based on learner feedback and outcomes.
• Share best practices across programmes and support coach enablement.
• Monitor AI and tech developments to evolve curricula.
