Job summary

Stellar Select Limited in London is seeking an experienced AI & CRM Implementation Specialist to lead the rollout of AI capabilities and optimise the CRM platform across the business.

You will work with senior stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions, deliver measurable value, and drive adoption of new AI-enabled processes within a 3-month fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

About the position of the AI & CRM Implementation Specialist:

We are working with an innovative residential FinTech lender that is looking for an experienced AI & CRM Implementation Specialist to join the business on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who can help the organisation implement and embed AI capabilities across the business, while also improving and developing its CRM capability. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and teams across the organisation to identify opportunities where AI can drive efficiency, improve customer journeys and enhance decision‑making, whilst ensuring the CRM platform is being fully utilised.

Responsibilities for the role of AI & CRM Implementation Specialist:

• Identify and implement practical AI use cases across the business.
• Help embed AI into day‑to‑day processes, workflows and customer journeys.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate these into effective technology solutions.
• Review existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and AI‑driven efficiencies.
• Support the development and enhancement of the organisation's CRM capability.
• Improve CRM processes, data quality, reporting and user adoption.
• Work with business and technology teams to ensure CRM and AI initiatives deliver measurable value.
• Support change management and adoption, helping teams understand how to make best use of new AI‑enabled capabilities.
• Develop practical recommendations and roadmaps for the longer‑term use of AI and CRM within the business.

Experience and skills required for the role of AI & CRM Implementation Specialist:

• Experience implementing or embedding AI solutions within a financial services, FinTech or regulated environment.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms and CRM optimisation.
• Track record of identifying opportunities to use AI and automation to improve business processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The ability to work with both senior leadership and operational teams.
• A pragmatic, delivery‑focused approach - this is about getting AI embedded into the business, rather than simply producing strategy documents.
