Job summary

Zebra Technologies is seeking a Computer Vision Engineer to bridge ML research and production. You will build robust SDKs, automate deployment, and ensure models run efficiently across edge to cloud hardware.

Responsibilities include porting models to Qualcomm, Intel, and NVIDIA targets, optimizing performance, and validating results with rigorous benchmarking. Experience with Docker and model quantization is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of C++14/17/20, STL, memory management, and multi-threading.
• Proficient Python for automation and data processing.
• Hands-on with model conversion and quantization (PTQ, QAT).
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling.

Responsibilities

• SDK Development: design, implement, and maintain high-performance SDKs for CV features.
• Model Deployment: port and deploy ML models across Qualcomm SoCs, Intel CPUs, and NVIDIA GPUs.
• Performance Optimization: leverage hardware-specific toolkits to maximize throughput and maintain accuracy.
• Evaluation & Benchmarking: run tests on target hardware to meet performance targets.
• Automation: build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts for testing and deployment.
