Job summary

Radiant is building an on-site East London AI infrastructure hub. We seek a deeply technical Datacentre Operations Engineer to execute hands-on hardware operations and ensure world-class SLAs across high-density, air-cooled compute.

You’ll work with HPC/SRE, Network Engineering, and Strategy teams to deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot NVIDIA B300-class platforms, busbar power, and advanced cooling. Strong troubleshooting and first-principles thinking matter most.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or 5+ years in data centre operations.
  • 3+ years in data centre/HPC environments with GPU platforms.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Hands-on with HPC/NVIDIA GPUs and high-density compute systems.
  • Experience with high-density air cooling systems and busbar power distribution.
  • Willing to travel across EMEA for onboarding and outages.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and network issues to maximise uptime.
  • Respond to critical hardware alerts and contribute to service improvements.
  • Deploy and maintain HPC/AI hardware, including firmware updates.
  • Execute break/fix on GPU modules and chassis components.
  • Operate high-density air cooling, containment, and cooling management.
  • Manage RMAs and vendor relationships; document learnings.
  • Provide 24x7 on-site coverage with a structured shift pattern.
  • Document processes and automate remediation where possible.
  • Communicate decisions clearly to stakeholders and customers.
  • Travel across EMEA to support onboarding and knowledge transfer.
