AstraZeneca is seeking a Senior Director, AI Commercial Business Partner for Europe & Canada. The role is based in Cambridge, UK or Barcelona, Spain, with strategic ownership of AI programs across regions and functions to deliver measurable business value.

You will translate business needs into AI use cases, drive adoption, and lead cross‑functional collaboration to scale AI capabilities across therapy areas.

Responsabilidades

• Strategy and portfolio ownership of AI Commercial programs in partnership with the business teams.
• Single point of contact for engagement for AI Commercial capabilities programs for the Region, maintaining AI roadmaps aligned with business needs.
• Translate needs into well-scoped AI use cases with clear metrics and requirements, aligning with business strategy and AI focus areas.
• Delivery, scale, adoption and value tracking of AI initiatives: co-leading solution delivery, overseeing lifecycle, pilot shaping, deployment, adoption and ROI realization.
• Change management and governance: acting as change leaders embedding AI into operations, ensuring AI literacy and data governance and compliance with standards.
• Owning the full lifecycle of AI solutions—from ideation through delivery, adoption, and decommissioning.
• Spotting and shaping new enterprise initiatives by scanning internal and external trends and partnering with functional leaders.
• Tracking industry, market and innovation shifts to anticipate opportunities and risks.
• Leading structured stakeholder engagement to align perspectives and guide teams through uncertainty.
• Defining KPIs and monitoring to evaluate progress and pivot when needed.
