Job summary

Hitachi Solutions Europe Limited is seeking a Technical Lead/Senior Developer to drive the day-to-day delivery of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform engagements in the UK. You will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, guiding the hands-on implementation and ensuring alignment with architecture.

You will own ALM and CI/CD pipelines, contribute to commercial estimates, and mentor the team, while reinforcing security clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Lead or Senior Developer roles specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript and modern web frameworks for complex customisation.
• Hands-on with Azure Integration Services and their Dataverse integration.
• Solid understanding of ALM and DevOps, with pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Experience contributing to commercial estimates and validating technical assumptions.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholders and clients.
• Active Microsoft certifications PL-400 or PL-600.
• All applicants must be eligible for Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day technical delivery of engagements and be primary contact for the development team.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and lead hands-on D365 CE and Power Platform work.
• Provide technical estimates for SoWs and support RFP responses.
• Design and develop high-quality pro-code solutions including PCF, plugins, and Azure Functions.
• Own AI initiatives such as Copilot Studio and autonomous agents.
• Manage ALM via Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions and administer pipelines.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews and QA to minimise debt and enforce standards.
• Mentor developers and consultants as a technical guide.
