Are you a senior business development leader with a passion for AI and a track record of driving strategic growth?

We're partnered with a global consultancy who is expanding its AI Practice and seeking a Business Development Director to shape and lead client engagement at the highest level.

This is a unique opportunity to join a newly established, high-impact team focused on accelerating AI adoption across industries. You’ll work closely with executive stakeholders, industry leads, and delivery teams to identify opportunities, craft solutions, and drive revenue growth in a fast-evolving space.

Your Role at a Glance:

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for AI offerings, influencing both internal direction and client outcomes.
  • Build and deepen relationships with senior decision-makers, understanding their challenges and aligning AI solutions to deliver measurable value.
  • Lead the full sales lifecycle—from origination to close—across both new and existing accounts.
  • Partner with technical, delivery, and alliance teams to shape compelling, scalable solutions.
  • Stay ahead of AI trends and translate them into actionable business opportunities.

Experience Needed:

  • 6+ years of business development experience, including at least 1 year focused on AI or advanced analytics.
  • Proven success in selling complex, bespoke technology solutions (not just products).
  • Sector expertise across Telco, Insurance, Banking, Utilities, Retail, Manufacturing, or Public Sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to engage credibly with C-level stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, self-starting approach.
  • Eligibility for SC clearance is advantageous.
