Job summary

InHealth Group is seeking an AI Automation Product Coordinator to turn ambitious AI ideas into practical customer and patient experiences. You will work across digital journeys and self-service tools, translating business needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria while collaborating with stakeholders and external AI partners.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is curious about AI, eager to learn, and capable of turning complex concepts into actionable tasks.

Qualifications

• Up to two years' experience in product, data analysis, software delivery, business analysis or a similar role.
• Understanding of AI, large language models, data pipelines or prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with Agile product delivery and sprint-based working.
• Confidence working with data, metrics and user feedback.
• Strong communication, organisation and collaboration skills.
• Genuine interest in responsible AI, digital products and user-centered design.

Responsibilities

• Help turn product ideas and user needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria

We're looking for an AI Automation Product Coordinator to support the development of AI-enabled products across InHealth – helping us create smarter, simpler experiences for our patients, customers and colleagues.

You'll work across digital journeys, patient communications, contact centre interactions and self-service tools, connecting business needs with technical delivery and helping turn great ideas into practical AI solutions.

What you will do

You'll:

• Help turn product ideas and user needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
